2012 REHEARSAL &
CONCERT INFORMATION
All rehearsals
and concerts are scheduled to be held at Murrieta Mesa High School unless an exception is noted below.
Since 3 groups rehearse on Mondays there are some school holidays during which
time MMHS is closed. Alternate rehearsal venues for those dates are listed below.
PRELUDE - 4:00 to 4:45 pm every Monday
ATTACCA - 5:00 to 6:15 pm every Monday
YOUTH
SYMPONY (IVYS) - 6:30 to 8:30 pm every Monday
WIND SYMPHONY (IVYWS) - 6:00 to 8:00 pm every Wednesday
FEBRUARY - EXCEPTIONS TO ABOVE SCHEDULE
Monday, Feb. 13 & 20 are both
school holidays. MMHS is closed.
Rehearsal
space for Prelude, Attacca & IVYS will be moved. Tentatively we may be rehearsing at Miyamoto Music Studio in Temecula.
An email blast will be sent to all parents/students re:
this venue confirmation. All rehearsal times remain the same.
YOU MUST ALWAYS BRING A MUSIC STAND to the alternate rehearsal venues!
Note: the above does not affect the Wind Symphony.

Prelude and Attacca only - will perform before the City Council Meeting in Temecula
